RISK ASSESSMENT FORM

Submission DUE Friday 19 January 2024.
This form is required in order to participate in the event.
If you are bringing your own hard-wall pop-up stand or using an external contractor to build a custom stand, ensure you comply with our stand design rules & regulations by referring to the documents below. You must also include the following documents at the time of submission:

All contracts are for empty, raw space only. You must (1) order a stand package from our official contractor RAI, (2) bring your own hard-walled stand or (3) build your custom stand with a contractor of your choice. Hard walls and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition spaces. It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to order their own build, flooring, equipment and utilities.
