RISK ASSESSMENT FORM

Submission DUE Friday 19 January 2024. This form is required by ALL Exhibitors in order to participate in the event.
If you are building your own hard-wall stand or using an external contractor to build a custom stand, ensure your design complies with our 'Display Rules & Regulations' by referring to the document below.

ORDER STAND SERVICES - RAI WEBSHOP

All contracts are for empty, raw space only. You must either (1) order a stand package from our official contractor RAI, (2) bring your own hard-wall stand or (3) build your custom stand with a contractor of your choice. Hard walls and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition spaces. It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to organise/order their own build, flooring, equipment and utilities.

Please follow the steps to log in. The system should recognise your email address, although it doesn’t always work. If you get a message that ‘your email is not associated with this event’, please contact RAI customer service on es@rai.nl and ask them to add you to the system. It should take about 24hrs, they are pretty quick and you will then be able to log in.
